Discounts based on other products

I have been reading the foxy docs and I have a few questions about discount functionality.

Is it possible to give customers a discount on one product if they have a different product in their cart?

Give customers a discount only if both products are added to the cart?

I haven't found a definitive answer from my Googling so a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
